Toni Zollo

Toni’s journey with yoga began later in life as part of a personal self-healing process. Through the practice, she found the courage to step outside her comfort zone, becoming more adaptable to change, new beginnings, and embracing new opportunities.

With deep gratitude to her mentor, Nat, Toni discovered her path as a yoga teacher.

Her practice of Slow Flow and Vinyasa helps awaken the body and soul, while Yin and Yoga Nidra encourage deep relaxation and balance. As a certified instructor with over 500 hours of training, Toni is dedicated to helping others find balance both on and off the mat.

She invites others to join her on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and connection through yoga.
