Jane Cluff discovered yoga 20 years ago while accompanying a friend through cancer recovery. What began as a weekly practice gradually became a daily commitment, deepening her connection to the physical, mental and community aspects of yoga.
In 2013, Jane completed 590 hours of Hatha teacher training with Friends in Yoga in Perth. She has since undertaken extensive postgraduate study with respected Australian and international teachers across yoga, anatomy, philosophy, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Integral Yoga, Yin, seniors’ yoga, pranayama and meditation.
Her qualifications also include Wholistic Wellness Coaching and Meditation, Yin Level 2, Chair Yoga, Yoga for Seniors, Restorative Yoga and a Certificate IV in Vocational Education.
Jane’s studies in Sound Massage to Level IV have led her to facilitate Sound Journey Story. She further developed this work through training with Peter and Emily Hess in Ikaria in 2025, exploring the use of resonating bowls and the spoken voice to create immersive sound experiences.
Time spent at Sivananda, Beacon Yoga Centre and Integral Yoga offerings has continued to shape Jane’s journey as both practitioner and teacher.
Her teaching draws on Hatha, Iyengar, Ashtanga, Yin, wellbeing practices, seniors’ yoga, pranayama and meditation. Jane is currently a Yoga Australia Level 2 member and continues her postgraduate yoga studies and self-study.
Jane offers a mindful balance of strength, flexibility, breath, compassion and gratitude, meeting each student wherever they are on the mat.
