Megan Summers

Meg Summers has been practising yoga since 1997 and teaching since 2001. Originally grounded in the discipline of traditional Ashtanga Yoga, her practice and teaching have evolved over time into a more therapeutic, breath-led and individual approach that supports the realities of modern life and changing bodies.

Influenced by the Yoga Synergy method and nearly three decades of personal practice, Meg’s classes encourage students to move with awareness, curiosity and self-responsibility rather than pressure or performance. Her teaching blends mindful movement, strength, breath and nervous system support, creating space for students to reconnect with themselves in an accessible and grounded way.
