Lea Christine Happes

Lea, founder of the former still Point Studio, is a dedicated yoga practitioner and teacher whose journey is rooted in passion, presence, and continuous learning.

What unfolds on her mat is an ongoing exploration – one that she consciously carries into her daily life and interactions off the mat.
Yoga has been lea’s guiding purpose for many years, shaping her path through all seasons of life, of teaching and her ever-evolving role as a lifelong student.

Grounded in the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga practice, Lea’s practice offers her steadiness, connection and clarity —or at least for most of the times!

These tools not only sustain her wellbeing on a daily basis but have permitted her to work across challenging remote communities in the North of WA & NT, where she has supported young people through therapeutically sensitive and trauma-informed approaches, forming the foundation of what she shares with broader community.

Lea’s intention is simple: to create spaces where others can access the same sense of grounding, resilience and inner awareness that yoga continues to cultivate in her own life.
