Natalie Smith

Natalie is originally from Scotland though she moved to WA in 2018 and has now settled in Bunbury. Natalie graduated from Kookaburra Yoga, Hatha Yoga Method following 350 hours of studying under both Swami Venkatesananda and Krishnamacharya’s divine lineage.

Natalie originally discovered yoga while studying in Edinburgh, and later deepened her knowledge of yogic principles as an antidote to a former soccer injury, back pain, stress, anxiety and a late diagnosis of ADHD. Yoga practices have been an anchor to Natalie through uncertain times in a chaotic world and she is delighted to be able to share these self soothing techniques for others, aiming to bring greater somatic and emotional balance in their own lives.

Natalie’s classes are trauma informed and incorporate a mix of nadi (sound) in the form of collective mantra, breathwork, postures, and nidra meditation.
