Henry Miles

Henry is an experienced yoga teacher, as well as a paramedic. He started practicing yoga in 2011, to help him improve his flexibility for his other passions, surfing and capoeira. But it was whilst travelling through Asia in 2015 that he first discovered ashtanga yoga and immediately fell in love with the depth of the practice. In 2016 he travelled to India to study ashtanga intensively and complete his teacher training. Through years of personal practice and teaching around the world, Henry has developed a distinctive style. He leads with a strong focus on breath and space, guiding students to enquire how the practice feels for them as an individual.
