My yoga journey began with a simple desire for physical fitness, but over the years, it has evolved into a deep spiritual practice that nourishes both body and soul. As well as a yoga instructor, I am also a massage therapist, reiki practitioner & sound healer and I often likes to weave these healing modalities throughout my classes. I believe that yoga is a holistic path to harmonize the mind, body, and spirit. Through mindful movement, breath work, and meditation, I aims to inspire students to cultivate a sense of balance, inner peace and self awareness.
