My intention is to create a safe and inviting space for individuals to relax, let go and immerse themselves in the beautiful sound frequencies that come from the instruments. I use a range of unique, sacred, healing instruments to help you transcend and de-stress
The class begins with yoga therapy, a mode of somatic psychology. This is a gentle practice using longer holds and specific mindfulness coaching to diffuse the energetic blocks that are at the root cause of psychological and emotional issues. This primes your body-mind for a short shamanic breathwork journey followed by a period of rest & integration. Shamanic Breathwork is an experiential tool using a specific breathing technique and chakra attuned music to help people access their inner healer and instigate their personal process of transformation. This breathing practice can assist one to reach states of consciousness that enable experiences otherwise inaccessible in our usual waking state enabling integration and realisations that effect lasting change.
Yin Sound Bath is a harmonious journey blending gentle Yin Yoga with soothing sounds, creating a space for deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Let the resonance of sound and calming postures guide you into a state of deep meditation - allowing your body to emerge rest & digest and nourish your nervous system.
BYO tennis ball for Myoyin.
Gentle Hatha focused on shoulders and hip mobility
A blend of external movement and internal micromovements designed to cultivate awareness of our true self through asanas and breathwork. This practice encourages a seamless connection between body, mind and soul fostering a deep sense of nourishment and holistic well being.

Yoga is connection - to be absorbed in a sustained state of concentration. To achieve a state of yoga we must engage in all areas of the yogic system, working through the physical, energetic and mental layers of being to reach the awareness and bliss within. In this session, you will experience: - the preparation of the physical body – to find a comfortable seat or ‘asana’ to support you in your practice and life - structured breathwork to balance the nervous system, integrated with specific pranayama and kriya to direct energy and reduce the disturbances of a busy mind. - a pathway towards a focused state of sustained concentration and meditation. Join Lea as we embark on this journey towards a true state of yoga and quite literally breathe ourselves to meditation.
This class will be focusing on balancing our Shiv Shakti energies. Awakening your Will through Pranyama & Mantra.
Using Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/Tapping) to create a calmer life During this workshop we will be: • Exploring the impact of energy blockages and traumatic experiences on our body • How EFT can help to restore energetic and emotional balance. • Practicing basic EFT techniques that you can apply in everyday life
Qi is the Chinese word for the ‘life’ or ‘vital energy’ that flows through everything. Gong means “work” or “skill” or benefits acquired through perseverance and practice. Together the two words mean ‘Skill or mastery of working with vital energy’ – this is the cultivating and accumulating of an abundant energy flow through practice. Through study, the individual aims to develop the ability to manipulate Qi in order to promote self-healing, prevent disease, and increase longevity. I like to call it medication in motion.

Sunday April 21st
A dynamic vinyasa journey into the ‘flow state’, a space where the body and mind connect in a state of full awareness and complete absorption. Integrating the spiral patterns in nature, flow 360-degrees around the mat. Discover a movement fusion that connects breath and body.
Yin Yoga is a beautifully slow-moving meditative practice. To counter all the “yang” aspects of our lives - rushing, doing, thinking, constantly being outwardly focussed - Yin offers the opportunity to ease back, turn our attention inward and truly connect with ourselves. Yin postures are offered in a supportive nurturing way, mostly in seated or lying positions, and are held for several minutes so the benefits seep beyond the muscles into our connective tissues. Shelley will guide you through a calming centred practice that will rejuvenate every aspect of your being.
Kundalini Yoga session, my class will include opening the 10 bodies, finishing with a deep heart opening sound bath 15min
A mostly restorative class during which we will explore myofascial release of common tight spots on our bodies along with accompanying yoga postures. Participants will be provided with a tennis ball for the session. If you prefer, feel free to bring your own massage ball or foam roller.
All levels with advanced adjustments if needed.

Nalu Breathwork with Zen Within Mind Body & Soul.
Slow vinyasa flow and yin grounding class.
This is a heart starter. Expect it to be sweaty, dynamic and intensely satisfying. This powerful practice is the place to step up and transform both mind and body. As a beginner friendly class we'll explore all elements of the practice including breath, drishti (focus) and bhanda (joint stability). It's also an opportunity for you to just let go, find your flow and explore your full potential.
Gounded Foundations for the Spiritual Path: Meditation, Energetic Clearing & Growing Awareness We’ll learn, explore and practise tools for meditation and daily life. Without our being aware of it our auric field collects and stores all kinds of things: mental debris, emotional residue, negative energy, pollutants, accumulations of old energy that has never been cleared, energy from others and stagnant energy etc. Just as we shower and bathe our physical bodies to keep them clean, so we need to do the same for our energetic bodies.
pranayama, gentle warmups, slow flow, yin poses & meditation.
Join Sarah to explore finding your own unique voice. This class will include some warm up movements followed by some vocal toning practices allowing you to explore, in a safe space, your own voice. We will finish with chanting a mantra together to leave you connected to your own heart song.
