An energetic and dynamic style to start off your weekend, synchronising breath with movements. The individual poses (asanas) are linked by flowing movements called vinyasas to guide you into a moving meditative state.
It’s a space to connect our mind and our body with our breathing. These yoga classes for all levels will be focused in a Vinyasa-Hatha style practicing Pranayama, engaging Ujjayi breathing along the practice, staying some breaths in different asanas and adding flow. This practice is perfect to relax your mind, connecting with the present moment and toning the body.
Jackalyn’s intention is to guide others on a journey of deep peace, balance, and harmony. She creates a safe, nurturing space where participants can truly let go, relax, and surrender to the transformative power of sound. Through the sacred frequencies of her unique healing instruments, she aims to help release tension, transcend stress, and reconnect with inner calm. We will touch on examples for how to use tapping as part of your daily routine to set yourself up for a great day and prepare to let go of the day for experiencing deep restful sleep.
