Yin & Yang Yoga
This 75-minute class begins with the grounding stillness of Yin yoga. The practice starts slowly, shifting into deep, passive Yin postures held for longer periods—targeting the connective tissues, joints, and fascia to encourage stillness, release tension, and enhance mobility. As the body softens and the breath deepens, we gradually transition into a more active Yang sequence—invigorating, flowing movements designed to build strength, energy, and resilience.
Perfect for all levels, this class offers a holistic approach to movement and mindfulness—balancing effort and ease, strength and surrender, activity and rest. All you need to do is show up, be open to the experience, and let the yoga practice do the rest.
If you have props such as bolsters , blankets or blocks, feel free to bring them along to support your practice.
