Shelley led fitness classes for 25 years before turning to a personal yoga practice to remedy accumulated injury and the stress of a full-time career in advertising. She ultimately completed over 1000 hours of teacher training with some of the world’s most revered yoga mentors.
Shelley has been leading classes and retreats around Australia and internationally for more than a decade, drawing on a multitude of learnings to create a Vinyasa/slow flow offering as well as the more meditative practice of Yin.
