The aspect of yoga that Theresa finds the most positive and inspiring is that yoga can be a life long passion. The more you find out about yoga, the more you find out there is more to know. Yoga can be a practice you can do no matter what stage of life you are in. Theresa’s favourite style of yoga is Yin, but she enjoys all yoga, no matter what style.
