Beata

Beata is passionate about living a calm, grounded life and helping others reconnect with that same space within themselves. For over 30 years, she has explored yoga, meditation, breathwork, and introspection as tools for navigating life and finding her way back when it gets loud. Seeking to deepen her personal practice and share it with others, she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Cape Town. Through her practice, she continually turns inward to cultivate sustainable inner peace and presence. Her style blends movement, breath, relaxation, and reflection to help calm the body, settle the mind, and reconnect with oneself.
