Nadine O’Callaghan 

Nadine O’Callaghan discovered yoga in 2017 and has never looked back. What began as a personal practice quickly became an integral part of her everyday life—a space to reconnect, find balance, and return home to herself.

Since becoming a yoga teacher in 2022, Nadine has felt deeply honoured to share this practice with others. She is passionate about helping students discover stillness through movement and experience the beautiful flow state where breath and body move as one.

Nadine teaches welcoming and accessible beginner to intermediate Vinyasa Flow classes that empower students to move with curiosity, build confidence, and enjoy the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga.

She truly believes that yoga is for everyone.
