Courtney House is an Australian yoga teacher and mindfulness facilitator with a passion for creating spaces where people can reconnect with their truest version of self.
Currently living and teaching throughout Southeast Asia, her classes blend vinyasa movement with a mindfulness approach via breathwork and meditation. Classes include a curated self-made playlist designed with sound healings and frequencies aligned to the asana practice.
Drawing inspiration from nature, travel, and community, Courtney’s approach is warm, accessible, and welcoming to all experience levels. Her intention is for every student to leave feeling a little more connected to themselves, renewed in their energy, and more aligned with their own authentic path.
