Diana Juskov

Dee was introduced to Yoga in 2000 following along with Rodney Ye on an episode of the Oprah Winfrey Show. Since those living room days, her practice has evolved to work with, and help manage, the ups and downs of an adventurous lifestyle that has led her to settle down in Geraldton in 2021.

Dee’s classes are an artful blend of movement, stillness, strength, flexibility and breath awareness designed to inspire greater unity between body, mind and heart. Enhancing overall wellbeing is at the core of her approach utilising the last 6 years to seamlessly blend western Psychology and Yoga philosophy.

As well as being a qualified and experienced Yoga Instructor, Dee has a BSc of Social Science specialising in Youth Work. She has spent most of her 17-year career within the field of International Development and Mental Health and Wellbeing. In 2015 she travelled to the USA to obtain Trauma Informed Yoga training from Street Yoga, a Seattle based organisation dedicated to serving youth who have experienced Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs). The insights from this training and the great work she observed at Street Yoga instigated her obsession with understanding and sharing the link between yoga and mental health.
