Breathe Yourself to Meditation
Yoga is connection - to be absorbed in a sustained state of concentration.
To achieve a state of yoga we must engage in all areas of the yogic system, working through
the physical, energetic and mental layers of being to reach the awareness and bliss within.
In this session, you will experience:
- the preparation of the physical body – to find a comfortable seat or ‘asana’ to
support you in your practice and life
- structured breathwork to balance the nervous system, integrated with specific
pranayama and kriya to direct energy and reduce the disturbances of a busy mind.
- a pathway towards a focused state of sustained concentration and meditation.
